English: 'One man, one double bass, a thousand possibilities: "Basse, Passe, Casse is a performance halfway between a classical concert (Bach, Bruch, Saint-Saens) and a burlesque one man show. A strange story of domestication, between an imaginative musician and his preferred instrument: who's playing (with) whom? By painting a portrait of a man who attempts to stretch the limits of (musical) play, to destroy the (dramatic) frames, and explore the "uncharted lands" of sounds, harmonies and rhythms, Shaya Feldman reminds us that all music is magic, and traces paths that lead to self-knowledge.
